Colin and Harrison wrote this episode well over a year ago, before we had even planned on doing a season 2, but it had been an idea for quite a long time before that. Harrison had the idea to do an episode set entirely on a stalled Ferris Wheel, having it take place in real time and having an interesting mix of characters in the carts. The idea was to put together characters that didn't always interact and force them into a frustrating situation.
No one seemed particularly enthused about the idea except Harrison, but he kept pushing it until eventually he and Colin wrote the script. Colin added several major touches including Harrison's paranoia and Colin's wild theorizing. He is also particularly proud of the name of the episode, which he came up with.
All in all, we think it's a pretty solid episode. Hope you enjoy it!
