Sean really wanted to do a solo writing project for the second season of Sumwhere, and after a little bit of begging, he finally got his wish. The main inspiration for this episode was to take some of the pairings from Ferris Wheel's Day Off (Harrison and Jori, Pat and Alex), put them together again and build on the relationships that were set up in that episode. Also, Sean probably set it in a gym class because he wanted to do the voice of Mr. Stweets again.
It's a bit lengthier than the average WtS episode, but hopefully, added minutes will equal added enjoyment.
This is also the first ever episode that was partially animated by someone OTHER than Harrison! Sean did the mouth animation for the entire first scene! (Harrison is very grateful.)
Episode 2-4, Driving Me Crazy, is set to release on April 27, so keep an eye out for that. It's not obvious from the preview image, but it features Alex and Mr. Dooheney in a car together, so you just know that that's going to be good. Thanks for all your support!
